First thing I would do would be to get a hold of the October issue of the print newsletter because it was about opening a studio.
Second, I would read ALL of the books on Guerrilla Marketing you can find.
I think you need to spend some serious time reading what we've done on the board so far but...
it sounds to me like you are possibly making a serious error here.
What are the financials involved in opening this studio?
What's the overhead?
What's the breakeven?
Get me some of those numbers and I'll try and help.
