What's Your Drishti?
Ever since I've begun my study of yoga, Sara has always asked me
"What's your drishti?"
That question really hit home one day when I was going into crow pose.
I was looking down at the floor directly below me.
Guess what happened...
That's right.
Down I went.
Ouch.
I learned where to direct my gaze and was finally able to hold the pose.
(We haven't gotten to side crow yet.... )
But that question of drishti is so important, I'll ask it to you in connection
with your yoga business.
