Hi Rick,
Welcome to our forum. Here's some feedback on your ad for Craigslist. #1 - Your headline is a feature not a benefit. Therapeutic yoga is what you do, not what the client gets. #2 - Focus on a single specific benefit. Relieve neck pain with yoga. Or even better, "A Little Known Approach To Relieving Neck Pain." This way, you force people to read the ad and not let them prejudge it that it's about yoga. #3 - You offer too many areas of choices. It will overwhelm the typical reader. Pick one or two things. Since the ads are free and you can copy and paste, test different ads each day and see what works. If something doesn't get results, don't keep running it without changing it. #4 - You're credentials are impressive but tell the reader why they matter to them. I'm an OT and this is important because.... #5 - Claims of uniqueness are very powerful. I'm the only yoga teacher in the Boston area who is also an OT. Let's see some changes and I hope this proves successful for you. :-) |
