Office yoga

Hi everybody,

I was wondering whether anyone has tried to offer

I have been teaching yoga in my office off and on for several years.

I have become very conscious of my languaging.

I keep "touchy -feely" stuff to a minumum, but, during shavasana, I usually read a poem where someone else is being more "touchy-feely."

And I do not mention anything that would give the conotation of religion. I don't mention God, e.g, but I told my students what "Namaste" means--the light in me salutes the light in you.

So I weave yoga values in anyway.

I was wondering whether you could please give me some practical tips how to sell it to the HR mqanager. did you give them any special flyers?
and also, to what kind of companies did you offer it?
do you think the best will be simply to call and make an appointment with someone from the HR and explaining the benefits etc.? how did you approch them?
