Here is my proposed Craigslist ad. Would you please give me a critique?
Thanks much! Karen The Secret To A Healthier You Lose weight, de-stress, tone your body, become more flexible, gain better balance, improve your posture and become more peaceful. These are just a few of the benefits that I can help you to achieve. If you sit hunched over a computer all day or maybe you are a dentist/dental hygenist hunched over patients, you may have tight chest & shoulder muscles that could benefit from opening. Maybe your hands are cramped from holding instruments. Stretching of the hands will be of benefit. Maybe you are a runner and have tight hamstrings. We can work on stretching them out to balance your quadriceps. If you are pregnant, we can work on opening the hips for easier delivery. And focus on breathing techniques to ease the tension during delivery. We can continue on after delivery to tighten up your muscles and get you ready to move back into a regular exercise routine. To take care of others you first need to take care of yourself. Senior citizens can benefit from stretching, breathing, strength building and balance exercises. No matter what shape your body is, no matter what age you are. It doesn’t matter if your are male or female. This can work for you! By combining physical exercise, breathing techniques and self-focus through listening to your body and mind, you can achieve good physical and mental health. Allow me to help you change your life for the better. For more information and to sign up for a session call xxx-xxx-xxxx and ask for Karen. |

I think it's pretty good with one exception.
I never heard the expression "open" the hips or shoulders outside the yoga world. Chances are, people don't know what it means. You'll need to explain that better to communicate with them. Other than that, good job and test it. Please let me know how it does. Peace. Harlan
