Hi Sharon,

Sara is amazing on the phone. She converts all inquiries into clients
at this stage.

This happens for two reasons:

1. The marketing pre-sells the clients.
2. The high rate of referrals.

In our first print newsletter, Sara wrote extensively about exactly what she
does on the phone and included a transcript of a typical client call.
