Hello,

I'm new to your wonderful site and hope you are able to advise a poor wee Scottish gal living in Florida. I've added my Craigslist ad at the end of this email and so far have only had one email. It was from a gentleman who may have been looking for something else! So fire away and please thrust me in the right direction.
I really want to give up my full time job, but as I live alone, I need to be sure of an income that will at least pay monthly bills - I live very modestly. Although I teach two nights per week and have done so for over five years I need to be careful before jumping from a guaranteed job to .?.?.? Private classes are rare but enjoy these the most. Grateful for your comments.

"If you wish to become stronger as well as more flexible but have no desire to be in a competitive or exhausting atmosphere then visit Yoga in Orlando
for more detailed information. My intention is to provide a calming, relaxing and welcome place to practice Yoga. You will learn how to breathe with ease, release stress, stretch with power, balance with confidence and relax in total surrender. All ages as well as physical conditions treated with respect. Patience is given to show you the correct alignment, that suits you, rather than encourage a full posture that would provide no benefit. Group classes are taught on Monday and Thursday evenings in Winter Garden. Private classes are taught in your own home and are adapted to suit your needs. All classes last 1.5 hours and taught by an Internationally Certified Yoga Instructor.
Please contact me with any questions and let me introduce you to Sheila's School of Yoga.

Namaste
Sheila

Hi Sheila. Again, too much about yoga and too little about their benefits. Language such as total surrender doesn't mean anything to the general public.

People don't know what full posture means.

All you can say about private classes is that they are adapted to suit my needs?

What happens in a private class?

What if I am out of shape?

The more you tell (like talking to a friend) the more you sell.

Shanti.

Harlan
