The focus is always
on the alignment of the body to stay safe from
injury and the alignment of the mind & heart for
you to come into your optimum health.

Don't think of the pink elephant.

Go ahead.

Don't think of it.

If I am new to yoga, do I want to hear about yoga injuries
right away?

You haven't given me a single reason to do yoga.

What will it do for me?

Why should I study yoga with you?

What's special about the way you teach.

The "splash page" on your website isn't helping you.

And post a schedule on your site if you teach classes.

People shouldn't have to email you for a schedule.

Email is a poor way to sign up clients.

Get them to pick up the phone and call you.

Namaste.

Harlan
