Default Restorative Yoga

I had a new lady come to me on Friday and it was her first ever yoga class. Funnily enough it was completely different from the start. I knew she needed another way when she asked me how I could sit in cross legged so easy?? We ended up sitting with legs crossed and legs out and seeing how sitting was so hard for alot of westerners and how they struggled to relax in these postures. It ended up being what I would call a restorative session, as I brought this lady back to a better understanding of how her body works and what it was fighting against. I could tell she needed recuperation not just a session about getting fit. It was very rewarding seeing her look so chilled at the end.

Default Marketing for Restorative Yoga

Hi Harlan

I am organising a restorative yoga workshop. It's my first one!

In regards to marketing to attract clients, what could I call the workshop? I'm wanting to attract people who don't know a lot about yoga, so I think call them Restorative Yoga Workshops would not be beneficial.

What's your opinion on call it a 'Stress Relief Workshop', or 'Managing Stress Workshop'? Do I want to use the word 'workshop' or would class or seminar be better.

Will you be advising to test all of them!!!

I would love to attend the retreat! My yoga funds are not at that level yet but next year they will be. I'm sure the retreat will be a success and more in the future!

Thanks for your time!
