Hi Sara & Harlan,

I really enjoyed the March Newsletter, especially the transcript of the telephone conversation with Fletcher. Even my husband got some ideas for his business out of it!

I would like to know more about the "welcome book."
I believe this was one of your topics in a previous newsletter. As I subscribe to your newsletter only for three months, what do I have to do to get this particular issue?

Another question I have is whether a "referral cards" is the same as a business card or something else. And how would " piece of paper to explain the instructions for inviting someone to become a client" (I am quoting from the transcript) look like?

Hey Yoga Marketing Gurus
I keep meaning to construct my own Welcome Book, but I sure could use some pointers. I feel like I'm sounding repetitive in what I am writing!
I'm including pictures, but...Sara, can you give us an idea of what the table of contents should include in our Welcome Book? Or are you going to be releasing your Welcome Book so that we can use that as a guidepost and focus more energy on the other aspects of building our businesses?

By the way, I just doubled my business with your tips! Haha, I only have a few clients at the moment, but I finally started using the tips you've been providing all along through the newsletters (I had to get in the mindset where I felt ready to receive new clients, and I finally did after getting settled in our new City...)

Can I have some more tips on getting referrals? My first client never seemed to refer me, she was always mentioning it, but seemed to have a hard time actually broaching the subject to her friends I gave her a Welcome/Thank you card that was hand-made that thanked her for starting with me and asked that in return for my services that she refer me to her friends/family.
