Again, nicely done!
When side lying, one can take the bottom arm, and put it behind you, to where you can really sink your belly towards the floor. The top leg is totally supported by the pillow or bolster. It is the relaxation pose from Bradley Childbirth Method that totally fits with prenatal yoga. (In fact some of the Bradley Childbirth Method techniques seems to "be" yoga, especially the pelvic tilts, the active relaxation breath.)
Hopefully somewhere in your prenatal practice you are engaging your "root" lock, or exercising the kegal muscles.
I normally also have a chair close by for those who aren't too sure about being on the ball, or who want the chair close by for support.
