Question on the May newsletter
So I guess building a welcome book comes next, now that my website nears completion......
It's a great idea and I am looking forward to creating something beautiful.
One question that came up when reading the interview in the newsletter. Harlan says: "At the very end of your book you teach people how to refer others to you. Your referral process is so elegant, as opposed to what people typically do."
Could you expand on this a little? How do you teach people how to refer others to you elegantly?
Don't worry, I am going to write a completely unique and personal welcome book, but I could use a little help here in phrasing that particular bit. English is my second language and I tend to be a bit on the blunt side when trying to put certain things into words. This seems to me something that has to be phrased fairly delicately in order not be perceived as too pushy.
Can you help?
