How to Write an Email

Harlan and Sara,

What suggestions might you have in how to write an email to someone inquiring about your services? Whenever possible, I use your suggestions about phone calls and apply them to my emails but this takes you only so far. Are there any helpful hints that you recommend?

I have a very short response.

You must get them on the phone.

You can sell people on the phone.

It is hard to get people to buy - especially a service - without getting to speak to you first.

I get large amounts of money to write emails and websites and my goal would be to get them on the phone.

But I do have some suggestions I will make shortly.
