It's The Only Yoga Retreat Where You Can Develop Yourself
Spiritually And Emotionally While You Grow Your Business (And Have An Amazing Time).

Hi everyone, it's Sara Varona.

The answers you have been searching for just might be waiting for you on a beach in Costa Rica.

The spiritual connection to the Universe and the power within you is within your reach.

The personal liberation, the healing, and the great leap forward are calling you from on top a "zip-line" as you cruise above the canopy of the Costa Rican rain forest.

Have you ever found the magical spot where all your dreams come to life and create the perfect environment for personal growth?

I have. It's on the beautiful Pacific Coast of Costa Rica in Montezuma.  It's where civilization reflects a much simpler time.  It's where waves kiss the shore in a natural rhythm that begs you to tune in and...

Truly connect to the fluidity and energy within you.

Last year's retreat in Costa Rica was truly amazing. People came for the yoga and to learn Restoraflow, the new form of yoga I've developed.

But what they received was so much more...

Because each of them left with a personal change story that touched their core.  And they also left with a new skill in teaching yoga they didn't have before.

And in speaking with the yoga teachers who attended last year, they've made a difference in the lives of their clients by teaching Restoraflow.

Your Clients Need Your Healing Touch!

The baby boomers have hit middle age and their bodies are showing the affects of years of sitting behind desks, using computers, or standing on their feet for eight hours a day.

These clients are in pain and hurting.  They've tried traditional medicine and may have been recommended for drastic surgery.

This may be the first time they discover they are aging and their muscles are becoming much tighter than when they were young.  They may have little or no body awareness outside of the pain and discomfort they are experiencing.

They are paying the price for decades of ignoring their bodies.  Something inside of them (or perhaps a friend) has suggested they try yoga as an alternative.

Getting Rapid Results

Time and again, when I consult with a prospective client on the phone, they intend to work with me just once a week.  They may even complain that my prices are too high or that they can't afford my services.  But they will all generally agree to experience yoga one time.

At the end of the first session, they eagerly want to know when we can work together next and how often they can see me.  (I have one client who not only wants me to see her every day of the week, she wants me to see family members multiple times each week as well.)

What Makes The Difference?

Judith Lasater describes her collection of restorative poses and restful and relaxing.  These poses get results but they take long periods of time for the body to shift and adjust because they are passive.

On the other hand, the restorative yoga that I do is a combination of active and passive poses that lead to rapid transformations for my clients.  They generally experience deep changes in the very first session.

Report From The Field: Stacey's Story

Stacey and Ron are a couple who began seeing me after a referral from a friend.  They began seeing me just one time a week.  At their request, I now see them four times a week.

Stacey didn't enjoy her first sessions of yoga but knew immediately it was what her body was missing.  As soon as she began to feel the benefits from our sessions, she eagerly looks forward to our time together.

When I began to see Stacey, she was in agony because of shoulder pain stemming from a rotator-cuff injury.  Now, her shoulder has healed and she has full range of motion with no pain.  She could only lift her arm half-way when we started; now she can lift it all the way.

Stacey was unable to sit on the floor for any length of time when we began our work together.  Today, she comfortably sits on the floor and can play with her grandchildren for up to an hour with no discomfort at all.

Report From The Field: Ron's Story

When I began working with Ron, he was very stiff and tight in his back, his shoulders, his hips and his hamstrings.  He had difficulty getting up and down from the floor.  To make matters worse, he had to stop playing golf which was his favorite past time because of back and shoulder problems.  In short, he was a mess.

At one point, his body gave out on him and had severe pain in his legs.  He could barely walk and saw a bleak future for himself as an invalid.

As a results of regular yoga sessions using the unique style and combinations of active and passive restorative poses, Ron can walk again without pain, lift his arms higher than he was every able to before, and spring up standing from the floor.

My work with him on his upper body has increased his flexibility to the point that he is back on the golf course and having the time of his life.  He has completely fallen in love with yoga because it has given him back his life.

At the end of a session Ron usually remarks as he escorts me to the door, "Wow! You've completely relaxed me and I feel amazing."

Harlan's Amazing Discovery

All of you are familiar with Harlan, my client and business partner. What you probably don't know is his passion for collecting yoga books.

One day he called me all upset.  "Sara, I can't find what you do in any yoga book. You have got to share this with the other yoga teachers."

"It could be the one thing that is keeping them for financial success.  They worry about constantly finding clients.  You don't have openings on your schedule for new clients."

As I write these words, I'm about to go on maternity leave.  There's just one problem.  My clients won't let me go!

Understand This Key Point

Most of my clients are in their forties and fifties.  They are used to having medical insurance pick up the tab for physical therapy or chiropractory work.   But no medical insurance pays for yoga.  And my clients willingly pay for my services.  I've made as much as $3500 a week teaching my unique style of yoga.

And now I'd like to show you how to do the same...

Picture This...

Sunrise: Overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the endless waves of calm  translate to your pranayama. Guided meditation leads you to the inner connection of your own source and strength. Your morning meditation led by an experienced teacher and practitioner of Zen who can direct you to find the source of yoga within yourself.

A delicious Costa Rican breakfast awaits you. Rice and beans. Fresh mangos and papaya.  (You've never really had a mango until you've had one so fresh and juicy it overflows your mouth and runs down your chin.)

Jump start your day with an invigorating morning flow session on the beach where you'll experience my unique style of Vinyasa - a blend of Iyengar, Ashtanga, Hatha, and Shiva Rea’s dynamic flow.

We'll take a short walk into Montezuma for lunch overlooking the beach. In the afternoon you can  swim, learn to surf, and work on the perfect tan.

And if the beach isn't your style, there's snorkeling, zip lining, visiting a nature preserve, horseback riding, or just absorbing the "Pura Vida" - the Pure Life - the national motto of Costa Rica.

Late afternoon: You learn experientially how to structure and deliver a my unique combination of active and passive restorative poses called Restoraflow.

You'll learn the three Restoraflow Namaskars by experiencing them in your body.

On alternate days, you’ll focus on hands on yoga adjustments so you’ll be able to work with clients and lead them comfortably and safely deeper into their own practice.  The more hands on adjustments you make, the more popular your teaching will become.

One source of income I'll share with you is how to conduct restorative workshop that will enable you to share your new gift with a room full of eager participants.

\With ample opportunity for partner work, you’ll have hands on  experience in guiding a workshop through the most significant poses for restorative yoga.

Evening For Fun and Profit

Each evening will bring something new.  One night, there may be a trance dance under the stars where you'll move your bodies and a free flow of Shakti energy.  On another night, you'll participate in a marketing discussion of how you can take your new skills and use them when you return home.

Or how about a bonfire on the beach where you cast aside your limitations and build powerful affirmations as you transfer the Agni into your soul.

And I'm not leaving anything to chance.  I'm going to give everyone who participates a complete marketing kit including flyers, advertisements, text for your website, and my famous welcome book which I give to clients before their first session.

This seminar is aimed at teachers who would like to expand their knowledge of restorative yoga as well as deepen their familiarity with hands on adjustments.

But you don't need to be a yoga teacher to attend.  You can bring friends or spouses who might benefit from the healing poses or personal change.

Join Me At My Yoga Retreat

I'd like to invite you to join me at Restoraflow - Breathe, Sweat, Flow, and Energize.  This retreat will be held in Montezuma, Costa Rica on May 2-9, 2009.

Most people will fly into San Jose, the capital of Costa Rica and take a shuttle bus or a small plane to get to Montezuma. The best and most profound personal change comes when you are removed from the business of the world.

The sights and sounds of the ocean will relax your mind and your soul and enable you to open your hearts to new possibilities.

The gentle sounds of the surf, the cries of the birds and animals of the rain forest, the relaxed atmosphere, and the friendship and togetherness of yoga teachers on a mission to spread the healing energy of yoga throughout the world is not to be missed.

I want you to know I've selected a site that's just right.

I discovered the Las Mangos Yoga Retreat Center when I visited Costa Rica last year and vowed I would return to lead my next retreat here.

And everything you need to learn my Restoraflow techniques and go home and begin building your practice is included.

You will receive a certification in Restoraflow Level I techniques and 20 hours of continuing education approved by the Yoga Alliance.

It's the perfect balance of learning and fun and I always believed that's the best way to learn.

Here's What A Typical Day Looks Like

6:15-7:00 AM Meditation - either guided meditation overlooking the ocean or your own mindful walking meditation along the beach.

The beaches off Montezuma are one of the best places in the world to learn to surf.) We will be planning zip line trips, horseback tours, and a boat trip to a nearby island for snorkeling, swimming, and a barbecue (fish). On a typical day, lunch is on your own in town,

3:45 - 6:00 PM Restoraflow Session  You learn how to assess clients and build sessions specifically for their needs.  You'll be using props and straps in creating your own poses.  There will be lots of partner work.

Chat with new friends and discuss what you've learned.  Plan out your marketing campaign for when you return home.

8:30 - 9:30 PM Your free time or join us for a trance dance, sunset meditation, walk on the beach or just relaxation.  As you head to bed, your mind and body experience that state of growth.

Okay, But What Does It Cost?

The most important factor for me in planning this retreat was to make it affordable.  It's one of the main reasons I picked Costa Rica because the airfare is so reasonable during this season.

Option One: Small Rooms, Each With Shared Baths. Two Single Beds For Two People $1375 (per person)
